    Darcy works with clients to help guide Investment strategy across all consumer touchpoints, including Video & Digital as well as consulting on other direct investment channels such as Audio, Publishing and Out of Home. She has been with Starcom for over 20 years, focused primarily on Video investment which has quickly transformed from encompassing Linear Television to including Streaming, Digital and Social Video. She is currently the EVP, Head of Video and Direct Investment for Starcom. In this role, Darcy sets investment strategy, leads marketplace relationships and negotiations and runs the Upfront for the agency. Prior to her current role, Darcy led Starcom’s Advanced Video practice where she transformed emerging opportunities like VOD, CTV & Addressable TV into commonplace video investment tactics across Starcom’s clients.

    In recent years, Ryan led client partnerships for the CNN Digital portfolio, across the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest territories, focusing on the brand’s digital, mobile and branded content offerings, and was among the sales leadership team for the successful launch of the HBO MAX with Ads steaming product.
